The opening night of the Beijing Olympics coincided with the opening night of the SMS conference at the Sebel Heritage in Wonga Park. All 12 teams participating were acronyms of SMS and the night was finally won by the Sip More Shiraz team slightly ahead of the Sexy Middle-aged Spunkrats. Whilst Big Mike was away in Queensland, the event was hosted by Mike's brother Dave. It was an action packed, fun and highly memorable night and I heard that the Olympics Opening Ceremony was good too.
